Phantom Electrical was established in 2011 by David Jambor, who brings more than 15 years of hands-on electrical experience to every project. What started as a single-operator business has grown into a professional team serving clients across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria.
We operate from two base locations — Nunawading in Melbourne's eastern suburbs and Coronet Bay on the Bass Coast — giving us the reach to service a wide area while maintaining the responsiveness of a local electrician.
Our mission is to deliver compliant electrical installations to the highest quality for residential, commercial, and industrial clients throughout Victoria. Every job, regardless of size, receives the same care and professionalism.

ACMA Registered
The Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) registers contractors who are authorised to carry out cabling work, including data and communications wiring. Our ACMA registration means we can legally and safely install and maintain low-voltage cabling in your home or business — a requirement under the Telecommunications Act.
ARC Tick Certified
The Australian Refrigeration Council (ARC) Tick certifies contractors who are licensed to work with refrigerants and air conditioning systems. Our ARC Tick certification confirms that Phantom Electrical technicians are qualified to handle refrigerant gases safely and legally, in compliance with the Ozone Protection and Synthetic Greenhouse Gas Management Act.
